Frequently Asked Questions about Computer Institute

In this section of frequently asked questions, we will try to give you as much information as possible. But still, not all questions can be answered here. You may contact our office for a detailed discussion. You can also have a meeting with our teachers and trainers and ask questions directly.

Question: What is the admission procedure?

You need to fillup the admission form along with the followings:
a) Two PP size photos
b) CNIC or B-Form Copy


Question: How frequently new batches get started?

On average we get two new batches for same course in a month.


Question: Is there any age limit to start freelancing?

No, there is not. You can do freelancing alongwith your studies or job.


Question: When will my class start?

Your class will start not late then 14 days of your admission.


Question: Is there any other fee that I have to pay?

Admission Form = Rs. 200/-
Student Card = Rs. 200/-
Absent Fine = Rs. 100/-
Certificate Fee = Rs. 1,000/- 
Course Conversion Fee = Rs. 1,000/- 


Question: How much practice timing do you allow in institute?

Your class duration includes your practice time. Teacher will be present to help you and guide you. Additionally may also be given an extra practice day every week.


Question: Who are the teachers and trainers at MASIA?

We hire professionals with practical experience of minimum 2 years in the relevant field. This make us able to professionally train new commers in less time.


Question: What is your refund policy. Can I ask for a refund?

Fee once paid is not refundable and not transferable. Before getting admission, do some research on internet e.g. Google, YouTube and Instagram to get more information about MASIA and its Alumni.


Question: What about freelancing, do you provide any help or assistance or guidance?

At the end of training, teachers will guide you for making a good portfolio and how to deal with customers online and offline. 


Question: Will my class timing be the same througout the course?

Not necessarily. Class timing may change during the course. This is done after discussion with all students in your class.


Question: Do you offer online classes?

No, we do not. As in current pandemic of COVID-19, Govt. of Pakistan has allowed to operate all Vocational Training Institutes. 


Question: Can I attend a Demo class before taking admission?

Yes, you can apply for a demo class. For this you need to submit Rs. 1,000/-  alongwith your admission form. If you decide to get admission then this fee will be adjusted in your course fee.


Question: How and when can I apply for certificate?

After course completion, you will apply for your certificate. And for that you will have to pass your practical test. Passing marks are 80%.


Question: Do you have any other branch of MASIA Institute?

No, currently we are offering our services only at 6th Road, Rawalpindi.


Question: Can I start my internship during the course?

Yes, you can apply for internship and attend your classes at the same time.
